SPRING FEVER TEA
As the world warms up and nature bursts into color, your immune system and respiratory passages can use a gentle, powerful hand. Our Spring Fever Tea is an intentionally crafted blend designed to help your body adapt to rising temperatures and increased allergens, supporting immune function and promoting clear breathing so you can truly enjoy the season.
Our 1 oz offering brews approximately 10–12 cups of tea, while our 2 oz size yields about 20–24 cups.
INGREDIENTS:
Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa)
A refrigerant herb that helps to address internal heat from warmer weather or feverish conditions. It provides a beautiful, sweet-tart flavor that transforms the tea into a delicious, vibrant red infusion.
Nettle (Urtica diosia)
Known as nature’s electrolyte and natural antihistamine. This powerful herb is traditionally used to block allergic responses, ease hay fever symptoms, and is rich in vital nutrients like to support overall energy.
Plantain Leaf (Plantago major)
A classic expectorant that helps to soothe and protect respiratory tissues. It aids in drawing phlegm and mucus out of the lungs, supporting the body in clearing respiratory infections and congestion caused by seasonal irritation.
Spearmint (Mentha spicata)
Provides a cooling and diaphoretic action, helping to gently regulate body temperature as the weather heats up. It delivers a fresh, uplifting flavor that brightens the entire blend.
Echinacea Root (Echinacea Angustifolia)
A potent immune stimulant and anti-inflammatory. It provides a needed boost to the immune system to ward off seasonal bugs and helps manage the underlying inflammatory response triggered by allergies and hay fever.
Directions: Add 1 TBS of herbal blend per cup of hot water. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and sweeten with agave or honey.
Handcrafted in small batches with love and intention.
