Thank you for shopping with Leona del Sol Botanicals! We appreciate each & every one of you. Here are some things you should know in regards to shipping & returns.

After your purchase you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your package has been processed you’ll receive a tracking email. Packages are typically shipped between 3-5 business days from the date you place your order. Excluding weekends & holidays.

All sales are final. Leona del Sol is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged orders on behalf of USPS or third parties. If you receive your product & it has been damaged, please send us a picture within 24hrs of receiving it. Once we review it we will contact you. We do not offer returns, but may be able to send replacement product upon review.

Please double check your address before confirming a purchase! A package that is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missing apartment number will not be issued a refund & you will be responsible for the shipping & handling fees to resend.

At this time, we only offer shipping in the USA.
