Breathe Deep Vapor Rub is a soothing, aromatic chest rub crafted to support clear, comfortable breathing. This blend combines mullein, rosemary, eucalyptus, peppermint, menthol crystals, and castor oil to encourage openness, ease, and grounded relief. Smooth it onto the chest, back, or under the nose to help create a cooling, calming sense of spacious breathing.

Mullein

A classic respiratory herb used to comfort dry, irritated lungs. Mullein is traditionally known as a gentle expectorant that encourages clear breathing, helps soothe coughing fits, and supports calm, steady respiration.

Eucalyptus

Traditionally used to comfort the respiratory system, eucalyptus’ crisp, penetrating aroma helps ease feelings of stuffiness and supports a sense of relief during coughs, throat discomfort, and head tension.

Peppermint

Naturally cooling and refreshing. Peppermint’s bright scent helps ease head tension, promote clear airflow, and provide a soothing, invigorating sensation.

Instructions:

Apply a small amount under the nose, and onto the chest and back to ease congestion. For headaches, gently massage onto the temples. Use as needed.
